Bees
I haven’t used this in a long time. Now I feel bad. T_T
Anyway - been helping out at the stable during camp. Most afternoons we go on a trail ride, and we did today as well. My friend and I left before the campers because we wanted to get to this place we call the triangle so that we could do some cantering and jumping. We got out there and had a great time going around. We figured out that...

Blah
Sorry for the really long absence. I’ve had a bunch of stuff going on.
I’m leaving for my summer job in just over a week, so I won’t be posting for about three months. See you all on the other side.
EDIT:
Oh, if you guys remember a few months ago I was ranting about the weird cockpit color on the half-built LZ that I bought, I have some awesome news. I found that I had an...

CP-04 Picture Assembly/Review
I just got the CP-04 for my newer Fire Fox, Sun, and now he’s all spiffy. ^^ I decided that I’d take proper procedure pictures of this, even though it’s only a CP, and doesn’t have that many parts.
What I used:
CP-04 (seen on the Command Wolf AC), Fire Fox (ltd. ed. Yuji Kaida version of the Shadow Fox), de-spruing tweezers (by MicroMark, absolutely amazing), tweezers...

Ehhehe...
Sorry about the lack of posts recently. I’ve got some stuff going on in my life that I need to work out. I’ll post some new stuff soon.
HOLY SHIT! damndamndamndamnaaaaahhhh
So yeah, that was pretty much me when I woke up this morning. I tried to get up to look at my alarm clock and I hear this really loud crackling noise right before a pain in my neck.
I have never felt pain that intense before in my life - not even when I sprained my ankles those three times. I think I scared the crap out of my roommate reacting to it.
So of course I immediately lie back down, and...
Things that make no sense...
-begin rant-
You know what really annoys me?
Answer: When things don’t make sense.
Like this: I bought a parts-only Liger Zero X a while ago. It’s ‘parts-only’ because it was already half built and the seller didn’t know if it was all there or not. I was only looking for a certain piece and saw that that certain piece came with it, so I snatched it up because I...
Blade Liger (#1)
So, today I shall be reviewing the NJR (New Japanese Release) RZ-028 Blade Liger. Yeah, you know the blue motorized with the metal teeth/claws and the little figures of Van, Fiona, and Zeke? It’s that one.
Oh snap, box art. XD Anyway, let’s move on, shall we?
Difficulty: 3.5 Durability: 1 Accuracy: 3.5 Pose-ability: 2.5
This Blade Liger really isn’t all that difficult. There...
Of Ligers and REALLY BIG DINOS
Okay, I just finished re-watching the endings of all four Zoids series, and have this question: WHAT IS IT WITH LIGERS AND REALLY BIG DINOSAURS? Check out what I’m talking about:
VS
Liger Zero VS Berserk Fury:
VS
Mugen Liger VS BioTyranno:
So yeah. See what I’m saying yet? If not, check out their battles on YouTube. I may post them later.
But seriously, I love Ligers...
Stealth Viper
So, continuing with another small Zoid, today (or tonight, rather) I’ll cover the RZ-020 Stealth Viper, wind-up version by Tomy.
Difficulty: 4 Durability: 4 Accuracy: 3 Pose-ability: 3
Though the Stealth Viper is a wind-up, and should therefore be easier than its motorized cousins, but this little fella is certainly a hand-full. Case in point - I’ve had my Stealth Viper for eight...
Helcat
So, today I take a turn for a smaller model - the EZ-023 Helcat (wind-up), better known as the Atak Kat to some American modelers. Unfortunately I was unable to find any readily available anime images of the Helcat, so we’ll just go with this:
Difficulty: 1.5 Durability: 2 Accuracy: 5? Pose-ability: 1
Being a small, wind-up Zoid does have it’s perks, mostly in the area of...
Shield Liger
My second Zoid review will be of the RZ-007 Shield Liger, motorized version distributed by Hasbro. This was the second Zoid that I ever built.
So, that’s the one I have. Now here’s the one I want:
Anyway, here’s the review:
Difficulty: 2 Durability: 4 Accuracy: 3 Pose-ability: 1
The Shield Liger’s basic build is almost exactly the same as Liger Zero. The legs are...
Liger Zero
(I will get pictures for this as soon as I can.)
Alright, first up on my list of Zoid reviews is the Takara Tomy RZ-041 Liger Zero - motorized. I chose this one first because it was the first Zoid that I ever built and it’s very recognizable. What Zoids fan hasn’t seen this guy before:
Anyway, on to the review. (everything is on a scale of 5)
Difficulty: 3 Durability: 2 Accuracy:...
Decisions, Decisions
So, I think I’ve finally decided what I’ll use this blog for.
Recently I’ve gotten back into Zoid modeling, and I’m planning to keep at it for quite some time. I think this blog would be a great place to detail my findings about the models and give them nice reviews. Hopefully with pictures. CX
So, if you guys have seen and enjoyed my Zoid photos before, hopefully...
Okay then.
Hmm…
Not quite sure about this just yet. It seems cool so far, but I don’t know how much of a blog person I really am. Anyone who has seen me on devArt knows how seldom I update my journal. I’ll try to keep this updated, but we’ll see how it goes. ^^
